Seller app fee
The seller app fee on the ONDC Network is a transaction fee charged by seller app providers for facilitating sales on the network. This fee may vary across providers. Vikra offers a competitive flat rate of 1% of the transaction fee as its seller app fee.
Buyer app fee
The buyer app fee on the ONDC Network is a fee charged by buyer applications for facilitating transactions on the network. These fees are collected to cover the operational costs incurred by the buyer apps.
Logistics fee
On-network logistics: If sellers want their orders to be delivered by logistics partners on the ONDC Network, the fee amount will be dynamically fetched from the Logistics Network participants.
Off-network logistics: If sellers decide to deliver their order by themselves, they can specify logistics fees based on multiple conditions like radius, pin codes, and more.
