Vikra Seller- Gofrugal POS Integration
Gofrugal POS is an ERP and POS software which allows businesses to manage their sales transactions, inventory, customer details primarily for retail, restaurant and distribution industries. It simplifies the billing process and achieves customer satisfaction through swift and accurate transactions.
Benefits of the Integration:
- Sync your tax information from Gofrugal POS to Vikra Seller.
- Sync your items and their images from Gofrugal POS to Vikra Seller.
- Maintain the same stock count across both applications.
- Sync sales orders from Vikra Seller to Gofrugal POS.
Prerequisite: The GSTN number in Gofrugal POS and Vikra Seller should be the same.
Setup the Integration
- Login to your Vikra Seller organisation.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Integrations.
- Click the Connect button under Gofrugal POS.
- Enter your registered customer ID and email address.
- Choose your exact POS version under Product Options.
- Click Save and Next.
- Map the Vikra Store with the Gofrugal POS location.
- Click Connect Gofrugal.
Enable Data Sync Consent
After setting up the integration, data sync consent has to be approved from Gofrugal POS. Here’s how:
- Login to your Gofrugal POS web reporter portal.
- Click the hamburger icon.
- Click Security Consent and then click Data Sync Consent.
- Check the Grant Access option.
- Click OK.
Modules That Sync Into Vikra Seller
Items, images, and their stocks
All the items that are added in Gofrugal POS will be pulled into Vikra Seller as items along with the associated Front and Back images and their stock levels.
There are a few consequences to the items sync that you’ll have to keep in mind:
- Since this is a one-way sync, items have to be added in Gofrugal POS moving forward to ensure the items are available in both the apps after the sync.
- Item level fields which are available in Gofrugal POS can only be edited in Gofrugal POS. They will be greyed out in Vikra Seller becoming uneditable.
- Item level fields which are not available in Gofrugal POS should be edited directly in Vikra Seller.
- Making changes to stock count can only be done from Gofrugal POS.
Note: If the integration portal is linked with POS, both front and back images will be synced. Without the integration portal, only front images will be synced.
Taxes
Active taxes in Gofrugal POS will be pulled into Vikra Seller in a one way sync. Once the integration is enabled, you cannot directly add/delete taxes in Vikra Seller.
Modules Pushed From Vikra Seller
Sales Orders
Sales orders that are in the Confirmed and Cancelled status will be pushed from Vikra Seller to Gofrugal POS.
Note: You can click Sync Failure History under a module to check the reason for failure. Also, the sync automatically happens once every ten minutes.
Disable the Integration
To disable the integration:
- Login to your Vikra Seller organisation.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Gofrugal POS.
- Click Disable.
