I have multiple stores setup across the city, and I have a different set of employees taking care of different stores. How do I manage that in Vikra Seller?

You can add your employees as users in Vikra Seller. While adding them, you can provide them with the necessary permission for the respective stores. Once you’ve added them as users, they’ll be able to access only the designated stores in Vikra Seller.

To provide a user with access to a specific store:

  • Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
  • Go to Users and click a user’s name.
  • Click the pencil icon next to Accessible Stores.
  • Select the store which you would like the user to access.
  • Click Save.

Note: You can also assign multiple stores to a user.
