How are my orders shipped to a customer?

Orders can be shipped to buyers based on the configuration you set in the store setup page. There are two delivery methods supported in Vikra Seller.

1. On Network
2. Off Network.

On Network Delivery:

The ONDC network takes care of the delivery. A logistic service provider who is part of the ONDC network will collect the order from your store and deliver it to the buyer.

Off Network Delivery:

You can directly deliver the items to the buyers yourself or use your preferred third-party logistics provider.
