I’ve received an order for 3 items but I do not have 1 item in stock, can I partially cancel the order?

Yes, you can partially cancel the order and sell only the item that are available. Here’s how:

• Navigate to Sales from the left sidebar.
• Go to Sales Orders and select the sales order in which you want to cancel the items.
• Click Cancel Sales Order.
• Select Cancel Items Partially.
• Select the item you want to cancel.
• Choose the reason for cancellation.
• Click Proceed.
