What is KYC and why is it needed?
KYC is short for knowing your customer. It is the process of verifying the identity of a customer. Every participant on the ONDC network has to be KYC verified, i.e they have to submit their PAN and GSTN details to confirm that they are a registered seller.
Once you submit your KYC, it goes through a verification process. Once your KYC details are verified, your store’s status will change from KYC Submitted to KYC Completed. You can then start selling your products on the ONDC Network enabled buyer apps through Vikra Seller.
