I have created multiple items. But only a few of them are displayed to my buyer on the Buyer app. Why?

Items in Vikra Seller have to meet the ONDC protocol requirements to be published in buyer applications. To check items that are not published and their reasons::

• Go to Inventory on the left side bar.
• Click Items.
• Click Unpublished Items.

All the items present here will not appear to buyers in the buyer application. You can see why the item is not published under the ‘Reason’ column. Ensure you make the required changes to publish them.
